What you risk when the company lives in Excel and on a phone
It holds the Excel file with the hours, the phone holds the photos of documents. One stolen bag or one dead drive and the company history is gone.
That is how far back a client or an inspection can ask about hours worked. Nobody finds last summer's paperwork any more.
Photos of ID cards in chats and e-mails are personal data outside any control. In a dispute or a leak it is your problem, not WhatsApp's.
Hours are the basis of your invoices and documents are the condition for working abroad. This is not data that should live on one drive and in chats.
How we look after your data
Servers in the European Union, data encrypted.
Everything runs in the European Union (France), both the transfer and the stored data are encrypted. No servers in third countries.
Your company sees only its own.
Your data is separated from other companies directly in the database, technically, not just as a promise. Access follows roles: a worker sees their own reports, a team leader their crew, wages and finances are visible only to the owner and people they allow.
Backups and a history of changes.
Data is backed up regularly. Time records carry immutable timestamps and an audit trail following GoBD, the German record-keeping requirements, so in an inspection or a dispute you have a history instead of guesswork.
The data is yours, even when you leave.
Export to Excel or PDF anytime. When the service ends you take your data with you and we delete it once the retention period is over. Under GDPR: data processing agreements with our processors, plus export and deletion of a worker's data on request.
