How long does it take to get set up?
1 to 2 business days. We help you create workers, projects and vehicles in the system. You don't configure anything, you just start using it.
What if our guys don't want to use it?
SubPRO is designed exactly for them: big buttons, pre-filled data from the previous day, no menus or settings. A report takes 2 minutes. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use SubPRO. At launch we personally train the team leaders (30 minutes) and stay on the phone for the first days.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, fully optimized for smartphones. On iPhone, SubPRO is available in the App Store; on Android it runs as a PWA app: add it to your home screen and it works like a native app, including offline mode.
What happens when there's no signal on-site?
The app runs in full offline mode. Leaders complete their report without internet and it syncs automatically once signal returns. All data is synchronised in the background.
How much does it cost?
14 days free to try. No setup fee. After that, a monthly subscription of €7–9 per active worker. Inactive workers can be deactivated any time and you won't be charged for them. Annual prepay gives you 2 months free.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
The data is yours. We'll export it in full for you at any time (workers, reports, documents) and permanently delete everything on request, in line with GDPR. No data lock-in, no export fees.
Which countries does it support?
SubPRO is designed for agencies posting workers to Germany, Austria, Sweden and other EU countries. The system supports English, Slovak, German and document formats for SK, CZ, DE, AT, SE, HU, PL, RO and BG.
What reports and documents can the system generate?
Stundenzettel (German weekly timesheet) in the format expected by German clients, Slovak weekly summaries, and A1 certificate requests. All as PDF, with one click.
Is the system GDPR compliant? We store ID numbers and ID card copies.
Yes. Servers are in the EU (France) and each company's data is separated directly in the database. Data is encrypted both in transfer and in storage. We test our security regularly. You can download or delete your data anytime.
Can another company or competitor see our data?
No. Each company's data is separated directly in the database. No other company can get to your data, not even by accident.
Who at SubPRO has access to our data?
Only technical support, when it is necessary. We have a GDPR agreement covering this. We never sell your data or share it with anyone.
Can workers see wages or company finances?
No. A worker sees only their own reports and documents. Wages and finances are visible only to the owner and people they allow.
Can team leaders on-site access the system?
Yes. The system has different access levels: admin (full access), team leader (sees only their crew and creates reports) and worker (sees only their own data). Everyone sees only what they need.
Is there a notice period or a long-term contract?
Neither. Monthly subscription, cancel any time. In winter you deactivate inactive workers and pay less.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
No. SubPRO works in any standard web browser on any device, whether desktop, tablet or mobile. No installation, no updates. All you need is a browser.
