How long does it take to get set up?
1 to 2 business days. We help you create workers, projects and vehicles in the system — you don't configure anything, you just start using it.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, fully optimised for smartphones (Android and iPhone). Just add the page to your home screen and it works like a native app. An App Store and Google Play version is also in the works.
What happens when there's no signal on-site?
The app runs in full offline mode. Leaders complete their report without internet — it syncs automatically once signal returns. All data is synchronised in the background.
How much does it cost?
14 days free to try. No setup fee. After that, a monthly subscription of €7–9 per active worker. Inactive workers can be deactivated any time and you won't be charged for them. Annual prepay gives you 2 months free.
Which countries does it support?
SubPRO is designed for agencies posting workers to Germany, Austria, Sweden and other EU countries. The system supports English, Slovak, German and document formats for SK, CZ, DE, AT, SE, HU, PL, RO and BG.
What reports and documents can the system generate?
Stundenzettel (German weekly timesheet) in the format expected by German clients, Slovak weekly summaries, and A1 certificate requests. All as PDF, with one click.
Is the system GDPR compliant? We store ID numbers and ID card copies.
Yes. Servers in Ireland (EU), data isolated at database level (each company sees only its own data). We have access audit logs, data encryption, and full data export or deletion on request.
Can team leaders on-site access the system?
Yes. The system has different access levels — admin (full access), team leader (sees only their crew and creates reports) and worker (sees only their own data). Everyone sees only what they need.
Is there a notice period or a long-term contract?
Neither. Monthly subscription, cancel any time. In winter you deactivate inactive workers and pay less.
Do I need any special software or hardware?
No. SubPRO works in any standard web browser on any device — desktop, tablet, mobile. No installation, no updates. All you need is a browser.
